Follow the instruction to configure the mouthpiece (only need to be done once). Apply a small bead of gel per teeth into the front of your mouthpiece. Apply less than 0.5 ml each tray. A syringe should be enough for at least 5 treatments. A little goes a long way.
Wear the mouthpiece for 15 minutes. 30-60 minutes for faster result. You should begin to see results after 4-5 treatments.
Repeat the process once per day until reached desired shade.
The result should remain for years. Continuously expose to coffee or soda will darken teeth faster. This product is not intended for people with gum disease, ulcer, or damaged/sensitive teeth. Your result may vary.
